I would like to shout acclamations to Monika for the great help that she has given me in the last year. A few months prior to my pregnancy, Monika and I began working out regularly focusing on developing cardio and strength training. My body definitely began to show results in a few weeks thanks to the exercise and lifestyle coaching. However, I became pregnant about three months after we began training together. Throughout my pregnancy, Monika made sure that each and every exercise was safe for me and for the baby yet continued to tone and shape my body. My body stayed in such great shape that I was able to continue cardio and strength training until I delivered. I think my level of physical fitness is what made my pregnancy and labor so easy. My body has quickly bounced back to its pre-pregnancy status. Within three weeks of being post partum, I had lost all of my pregnancy weight (30 lbs)! My body feels great and looks great! I am so thankful for all of Monika's help and support and I look forward to training with her again. I wonder if she can train my newborn to sleep all night?!
